JRK Property Holdings

JRK Property Holdings is a real estate management company with a portfolio in excess of $6 billion, but had a company website that didn’t reflect their status. They needed a modern, user-friendly website that showcased the depth of their property portfolio and that could grow with the company.

We were able to elevate the design of the website by creating opportunities to showcase their properties throughout the site, including a complete property directory. Updating the aesthetic to a modern corporate look aligned their website to reflect their corporate prestige. In addition we found other opportunities to make the website more relevant and useful by adding online services for existing and potential employees.

In deciding on an appropriate content management system (CMS) for JRK it was important to provide a website administrative tool that was stable, secure and easy to use. As such, ExpressionEngine was the CMS of choice for JRK’s corporate website.

It provided us the flexibility and customization to meet JRK’s evolving needs, while remaining easy to use by the lay person. In addition, ExpressionEngine CMS has an excellent track record of stability and security and is used by high-profile companies such as Apple, Disney, Ford and Sony.
